QC/Technical Support Up-shine Lighting is a China-based ISO 9001:2008-certified professional LED lamps manufacturer. Our QC department with 5 staff strictly inspects materials and products. They also test after products checking their color, power and voltage. The R&D group with 10 experienced staff release 5 new models each month to meet the demand from clients. QC Staff More than 99 Materials/Components All our LED components/materials come from CREE(USA), Sharp(Japan), Bridgelux(USA) and Capacitors Rubycon(Japan. Quality control in all procedure. 2. Every lamp bears 72 hours aging, include 2,000 times on-off-on-off driver testing. 3. The first sample for each order will be tested in the engineer room before batch production. 4. 2% items of each order will be tested by integrating sphere.
